Cast off into Lan Ha Bay: the less traveled, but still astoundingly beautiful southern portion of Ha Long Bay. We’ll cruise on our traditional Vietnamese junk boat through a maze of karst towers before boarding kayaks. Your guide will lead you through giant lagoons, explore island beaches, and navigate through villages of floating homes before returning to the junk boat.

Paddling will no doubt leave you hungry for lunch! We’ll set you up with a Vietnamese meal cooked fresh by our crew on the traditional junk boat. After lunch grab a drink, read a book, enjoy a nap, or play photographer as you cruise through new areas of the bay. We’ll arrive at our afternoon kayak destination and drop anchor once more, exploring secret lagoons, temple beaches and spider jungles. As the sun sets we’ll head back to land once again on our junk boat.

>>> For kayaking on warm days: Swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt, and hat!
>>> For climbing: Clothing that is comfortable to move in. Long pants may help inexperienced climbers avoid small scrapes from the rock.
